With over 25 years of experience supporting children and young adults with their learning and wellbeing, I bring a rare depth of understanding to my therapeutic practice. My career in education — including specialist work in Specific Learning Difficulties and a current role as Head of Learning Support in a pre-prep school — has given me profound insight into how children think, feel, and learn.
Now, I am channelling that expertise into a new and exciting direction. As a Certified Hypnotherapist, Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) Practitioner, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Practitioner, I work with children, teens, and adults to help them overcome stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, and limiting beliefs — equipping them with lasting tools for emotional regulation and inner resilience.
My approach is rooted in an understanding of the subconscious mind and the profound impact it has on how we feel and function. By bridging the worlds of education and therapy, I offer a uniquely holistic perspective — one that supports not just academic progress, but genuine emotional wellbeing.
I am also deeply passionate about supporting teachers, education professionals, and parents with their own emotional regulation and mental health, recognising that regulated adults are better equipped to nurture and support the children in their care.
