Session Types & Duration

• ✓ EFT Tapping — from 30 mins (all ages)
• ✓ Adult Hypnotherapy — 90 mins
• ✓ Teen Hypnotherapy (12–19) — 45 mins
• ✓ Child EFT / Audio (under 10) — 30 mins
• ✓ Reiki — 60 mins (in person)
• ℹ All timings are approximate — please allow extra time where possible.

🧾 Receipts & Medicash

A professional receipt can be provided after every session. Please note that Reiki and Hypnotherapy sessions are covered through Medicash and other healthcare cash plans — EFT is not currently covered.

Your receipt will include your name, date of treatment, type of treatment, amount paid, and my professional details.

Simply request a receipt when booking or by emailing hello@theinnerworkshop.co.uk after your session.
