Going Beyond the Surface

For adults, EFT and RTT can reach into deeper layers — processing trauma, hidden memories, grief, chronic stress, and long-held beliefs in a way that feels manageable rather than overwhelming. Rather than simply talking about what is wrong, we work to understand where it comes from and change it at its root.

Every session is different, because every person is different. I draw on EFT Tapping, RTT Hypnotherapy, Reiki, and Guided Visualisation — using whichever combination of approaches best fits you and where you are right now.

What to Expect

Adult sessions typically last 60–90 minutes. We begin with a conversation about what you are experiencing and what you would like to change. From there, we work at a pace that feels right for you — with no pressure to share more than you are ready to. You will always leave a session with something practical: a technique you can use, a new perspective, or a deeper understanding of what has been driving your experience.

RTT sessions include a personalised transformation recording to listen to daily for 21 days, reinforcing the shifts made in session at a subconscious level. EFT gives you an independent, body-based tool you can reach for whenever you need it. Guided visualisation and bespoke audio recordings are available as a standalone support or alongside sessions.

You Do Not Need to Have It All Figured Out

Many adults come not knowing exactly what they need — just knowing that something needs to change. That is entirely fine.
